Hey, loves! Today, I wanted to share with you my first ultrasound at 7 weeks 5 days pregnant! Thanks to my transvaginal ultrasound, I was able to see my little bundle of joy on the screen. It was such an emotional and surreal experience.
First Ultrasound: 7 Weeks Pregnant
My heart was pounding as I lay down on the table and the technician began to move the wand around. And then, there it was – the tiny little flicker of a heartbeat! It was the most beautiful and amazing thing I have ever seen.

I cannot wait to meet my little one in a few months. Until then, I am already planning everything out – from the nursery to the first outfit. Trust me, this mama is ready!
Recipe: Pregnancy Cravings – Chocolate Chip Cookies
As a bonus, I wanted to share with you one of my pregnancy cravings – chocolate chip cookies!
Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beat until well combined. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
